Just a thought... We get around 300 hits a day on this blog, but during the whole of this month up to now we have had just three comments - and one of them was by me!
So what;s the deal with the silence, folks? I know that you are out there and that you spend more than a second or so on the site, so why not tell me what you think?

Strict Uncle, Sometimes you come on to strong, to demanding. Other blogs, have interesting 'spanking gimmicks', Such as Hermoine's Heart, asks us 'fill in the caption', Spanking Spot, asks us What famous person, we would like to spank. Bonnie of My Bottom Smarts, ask through her famous menu's, interesting questions to answer. And Chross, consentrates on Movie Spankings. So find yourself a 'gimmick', Strict Uncle.
I am not so sure that I understand demanding, but my writing style is strong, that I accept. However, why should that put people off from commenting - it hasn't stopped you!
I do take the point about a gimmick or unique point to the blog, but I am damned if I can think of what it might be.
I mean we do have the spanking memories series and they are unique because, well, they are my memories, but I do need something else, something snappier...
Uncle Nick, thank you for answering my comments to you. I look at all 'spanking blogs', yours is just as worthy as all others. Through the last 3 or more years as a lurker, I have visited possibly over 1000 or so 'spanking blogs', and related matters, and have if possibly commented my personal thoughts on some of them. And hopefully will continue to do so. Uncle Nick, please try to find the right 'niche', for yourself, and you might succeed, in what you are looking for.
To be honest most of the spankers fail to get many comments, but given my hits you might think that a few more would take the trouble to say something.
Ah well...
Uncle Nick, you may be right, many lurkers, are still afraid to come out of the closet, and there are many reasons why, Our fetish of the wonderful enjoyment of spanking a so called naughty woman, is still taboo, to many. We are the lucky ones, both of us know the thrill of the sexual excitement, and thrill of warming the bare bottoms of naughty females. So let us in our own way continue to do so.
Nick (sorry can't call you uncle as you are not related to me or my Dom), I am commenting because I think Raven is fantastic!
You must understand that most of the people who comment on the blogs are female and sometimes, your posts are too strong.
The most commented on blogs are ones where language is restrained and "brats" can play within a safe environment.
I think your post on Raven is great and more like that will get you more comments...

There is nothing so-called about the naughtiness of the women that I spank, Six. Give a woman an inch and she will take a mile, it's in their nature.
I agree with DD that my writing is assertive, but to tone it down, which seems to be the implicit suggestion, would be to change the blog. I could do it, but the blog would not really be mine if I did. I write as I am...
However, I have never picked a fight with any commentator, so why should my style put people off? The point is that I get the hits, but not the comments. If people were put off by the style surely they would not visit the blog?
Uncle Nick, I agree that all naughty women should be spanked. Give me five {5] celebrity women that you think deserve to be spanked. And a scenerio, of how you would spank each of them.
Nick, always write as you are but remember women respond as much to heart as mind.

I am actually pretty lousy, folks, at scenarios like this. I need to get the feel of a person and what I know about Michelle Obama is nil - hence I can't create a fantasy around her.
That said, I would love to see a list of why people feel that this or that person needs an OTK experience. What actually is wrong with la Obama and her dresses?

Ms Obama looks great in up market high street stuff, but her latest Alexnder McQueen dress is runched, looks off centre and makes her look six months pregnant (now, ouch, shouldn't b***h like that). I think my other choices were self-explanatory.

I'm delighted to hear that the Brits are up with the US, Chinese and Russia with their web-sites. A friend told me it was easier to get his dog and horses entry to Canada than his wife!
