The Beating of Rosie Keller

The  original Rosie Keller was a young French prostitute who was given a damned fine birching by the Marquis de Sade in 1768, and the use of her name in this video classic suggests that not all sleaze-bag porn merchants are illiterate pond life.

The story behind this shoot is good fun. The girl playing the teacher had never used a cane before and was put to work practising in one corner of the set on a cushion. The actress playing Rosie saw this and her eyes widened and her jaw dropped. By all accounts the atmosphere was electric with Rosie becoming more and more nervous as the teacher began to develop an affinity for the cane.

By the time the director called action, both girls were completely lost in their roles. Actually there was not all that much difference in their ages, with Rosie being perhaps a little older than her co-star, but watching the video it is obvious that they dropped naturally into their roles and played them to the hilt.
